Alana Monson has been appointed COO of Knoxville (Iowa) Hospital & Clinics, effective June 1.
Ms. Monson most recently served as interim administrator at MercyOne Elkader (Iowa) Medical Center, according to a June 3 hospital news release. She also previously served as interim CEO at Manning (Iowa) Regional Healthcare Center.
Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is a critical access hospital and an affiliate of Des Moines, Iowa-based MercyOne.
