Danette Kramer plans to retire as CEO of Regional Medical Center in Manchester, Iowa, at the end of 2026.
Ms. Kramer has spent 30 years with the organization, joining in 1996, according to an April 1 hospital news release. She became business manager in 1999 and was appointed CFO in 2000, a role she held for 21 years before being named CEO in 2021.
During her tenure as CEO, she oversaw contract negotiations, recruitment and retention, service development, facilities planning, regulatory compliance and strategic and financial analysis.
Regional Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital.
