Mr. Fortmann comes to the hospital with more than 35 years of healthcare finance and operations experience, according to an Aug. 27 news release.
He joins Buchanan County Health Center from Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Mercy Medical Center, where he served as accounting manager since 2007.
