InTouch Health appoints new CEO

Santa Barbara, Calif.-based InTouch Health, a telehealth solutions company, has dubbed Joseph DeVivo CEO.

With more than a quarter century of healthcare leadership experience, Mr. DeVivo previously served as president, CEO and director of Latham, N.Y.-based AngioDynamics.

He takes over for Yulun Wang, PhD, who founded InTouch in 2002 and has served as chairman and CEO since. Dr. Wang will continue to hold his position as chairman of the board and will take on the role of chief innovation officer.

“I look forward to leading the company’s expansion of its enterprise-wide, cloud-based telemedicine platform, while adding specialist physician-led services and new clinical applications to its offerings,” Mr. DeVivo said, according to the press release.
