1. He has more than a decade of healthcare experience, according to a news release.
2. He most recently served as an executive vice president at Intermedix. In that role, he led the organization’s physician services business unit, according to the release.
3. Mr. Wailes also previously served as vice president of strategy, business development and analytics at Intermedix.
4. Outside of Intermedix, he’s held a number of positions at private and public companies such as Thomas Weisel Partners, Altaris Capital Partners and Citigroup.
5. Mr. Wailes earned a degree in pre-medicine and neuroscience from Brown University in Providence, R.I., as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
