Oklahoma City-based Integris Health has appointed Laura Starks as chief human resources officer, effective July 27.
Ms. Starks brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, with expertise in workforce strategy, leadership development and talent management, according to a June 9 LinkedIn post from Integris Health.
She most recently served as chief human resources and administrative officer of Terre Haute, Ind.-based Union Health, according to her LinkedIn profile. She joined the system as CHRO in February 2023 after spending 15 years with Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy.
Integris Health includes eight hospitals.
