Mr. Westbrook was previously senior vice president for Tenet Healthcare and ran 16 acute care hospitals in Southern California, according to the release.
Integrated Healthcare Holdings, which was formed in 2003, presently owns and operates four hospitals in Orange County, Calif. — Western Medical Center Santa Ana (the oldest hospital in Orange County and one of three trauma centers), Western Medical Center Anaheim, Coastal Communities Hospital and Chapman Medical Center.
