Ms. Ellis joined Inspira in 2021 as vice president of human resources, according to a Nov. 22 news release. She will succeed Anneliese McMenamin, who is retiring after three years in the role.
During her time at Inspira, Ms. Ellis has led efforts in employee recruitment and retention, workplace initiatives and community partnerships.
Inspira Health operates four hospitals, two cancer centers and multispecialty health centers.
