Inova Health System, a five-hospital system based in Fairfax, Va., has named Miranda Merriman as system senior director of patient experience.
Ms. Merriman, who previously served as Inova’s system director of ambulatory patient experience, announced the news Sept. 25 on LinkedIn. Inova’s media relations team confirmed the appointment to Becker’s.
Ms. Merriman joined Inova in 2022 from Annapolis, Md.-based Luminus Health, where she also served as system director of patient experience, according to her LinkedIn profile.
