Alice H. Pope will become Inova’s CFO, effective July 1. She is currently senior vice president and CFO of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth. Previously, she was CFO at Kingsport, Tenn.-based Wellmont Health System. She holds an MBA from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City.
Ms. Pope succeeds Richard Magenheimer, who is leaving the health system after 32 years of service. Steve Narang, MD, is the new president of Falls Church-based Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. He assumed the role July 8, prior to which he was CEO of Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix.
Susan Carroll, who had been serving as acting president of Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, will become its chief administrative officer.
Toni Ardabell, RN, will join Inova as associate chief of clinical operations, a new role, effective July 22. She most recently served as president of Bon Secours Richmond (Va.) Health System. She was previously vice president and COO at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. She holds an MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Va.
