Dr. Dulberger was hired by Clarian Health in 2006 to lead the development of a hospital centered on the concepts of healing and wellness, later named Clarian Saxony Medical Center. He was also instrumental in founding Clarian Quality Partners, to which he was appointed CEO in 2008. The organization has since grown to a nearly 3,000 physician network.
Clarian Saxony Medical Center is being built in stages and will initially offer primary care, a medical office building, ambulatory surgery center and inpatient surgery services. The hospital is scheduled for completion in winter 2011.
