CEO Mary Sheahen to Step Down From Illinois’ Midwest Medical Center

Mary Sheahen is stepping down as CEO of Midwest Medical Center in Galena, Ill., on June 1, according to a Galena Gazette report.

Ms. Sheahen, who has led the hospital since Jan. 16, 2009, will become board president. She will also perform community work, develop compliance programs and conduct leadership training.

Current CFO Tracy Bauer will become the new CEO.
