Illinois hospital taps CFO

Fairfield Memorial Hospital has named Randy Russell CFO, effective June 1. 

Mr. Russell comes to the hospital with 33 years of experience in finance and accounting, according to a May 31 news release. He has extensive experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, forecasting, reimbursement, fiscal operations and regulatory compliance.

His past experience includes serving as CFO of Tell City, Ind.-based Perry County Memorial Hospital and CFO of Ascension St. Vincent Evansville (Ind.). 

“His extensive financial leadership experience and deep understanding of healthcare operations will be a tremendous asset to our organization as we continue to grow and serve our communities,” Fairfield Memorial Hospital CEO Andy Flemer said in the release.
