Illinois hospital CNO to retire

Patty Blazier, RN, chief nursing officer at Hamilton Memorial Hospital District in McLeansboro, Ill., has announced her retirement.

Ms. Blazier has worked with the hospital for 42 years. She first joined as a registered nurse in 1982, and has since served in a number of nursing leadership positions. She was named CNO in 2015.
