Humana promoted Joseph Ventura to general counsel. Mr. Ventura succeeds Christopher Todoroff. Mr. Todoroff, who spent the past 10 years with Humana as its general counsel and chief legal officer, is retiring.

Humana also tapped Douglas Stoss as interim lead for Humana’s Office of Corporate Affairs. The appointment comes as the health insurer continues its search for a successor to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Heidi Margulis. She will be leaving Humana during the course of 2019 after 33 years with the company.
