HSHS welcomes 4 leaders

On July 19, Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System commissioned four leaders to new positions in the organization, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

The four appointments:

  • Mike Janis was named COO of the Southern Illinois Market. 
  • Regina Peterson, DNP, RN, was named chief nursing officer of the Southern Illinois Market.
  • Teresa Cornelius, DNP, RN, was named chief administrative officer of HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, Ill., and HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland, Ill.
  • Mandi Ennen, DNP, RN, was named chief administrative officer of HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese (Ill.).

HSHS employs more than 11,000 people who provide care in 13 hospitals and home health and hospice programs in Illinois and Wisconsin. The Southern Illinois Market includes St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, Holy Family Hospital in Greenville and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland.
