Holy Family Hospital appoints Christine Basil chief nursing officer: 4 takeaways

Methuen and Haverhill, Mass.-based Holy Family Hospital hired Christine M. Basil, MSN, RN, as vice president and chief nursing officer.

Here are four takeaways:

1. Ms. Basil most recently served as vice president and CNO at Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer, Mass.

2. Her previous leadership roles include serving as director of education and professional practice and director of acute care services and case management at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Mass.

3. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and The Organization of Nurse Leaders.

4. Ms. Basil succeeds Martha McDrury, who is retiring.
