Ms. Ruggiero has been with Holy Cross for 22 years and was previously serving as executive director of nursing. She was the recipient of the hospital’s Director of the Year Award in 2009 and has served as the secretary of the South Florida Organization of Nurse Executives since 2010. She has also been a board member of the South Florida Nursing Consortium since 2011.
