Hialeah (Fla.) Hospital hired Maribel A. Torres, BSN, RN, to serve as its chief nursing officer, according to a Miami's Community Newspapers report.

1. Ms. Torres previously worked at Rush University Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Ill.
2. She helped establish an outpatient Women's Comprehensive Incontinence Center at Rush Copley.
3. She has 20-plus years of nursing and management experience.
