1. Mr. Lancaster became CEO in 2004.
2. During his tenure, the health system completed an $86 million expansion as well as developed a freestanding hospice center, a medical plaza and emergency department.
3. Mr. Lancaster also played a key role in expanding Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center’s Abilene Campus offerings, including the addition of the nursing school.
4. He serves as vice chair of Lubbock-based Texas Tech University System’s board of regents.
5. Mr. Lancaster has been a member of the American Hospital Association and American College of Healthcare Executives.
