Natalie Whitmer, COO of HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., has stepped down from her role, effective Feb. 20, she wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Ms. Whitmer has joined Arlington-based Texas Health Resources as COO of Texas Health Fort Worth, she wrote.
She spent the last two years at the 353-bed TriStar Skyline Medical Center and nearly seven years with Nashville-based HCA Healthcare.
“I have learned countless lessons on leadership, what excellence in operations truly means, but most importantly, I have met so many people who have left a lasting impact on my life,” Ms. Whitmer said. “I am beyond grateful to the colleagues, many who have become some of my best friends, and mentors who challenged me, trusted me, and helped support my career.”
