Carolyn Hunter has been appointed COO of TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
Ms. Hunter most recently served as COO of HCA Healthcare Florida Aventura Hospital for the past three years, according to a May 26 LinkedIn post from TriStar Centennial.
She began her career with Nashville-based HCA Healthcare as an administrative fellow in the organization’s continental division in Denver and has held leadership roles across the system. Her previous positions include vice president of operations at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Va., and COO of Medical City Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 741-bed hospital.
