HCA names chief nursing transformation officer

Sarah Bryant has been named vice president and chief nursing transformation officer for Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.

Ms. Bryant shared the announcement in a LinkedIn post.

“In this role, my focus is to transform how we enable care teams to do their best work: reducing friction in daily workflows, strengthening the tools and systems that support practice and ensuring changes translate into real, sustained improvements at the bedside,” she wrote.

Prior to this role, she served as vice president of care team transformation at HCA Healthcare, according to her LinkedIn page.
