HCA Midwest Health names new CFO

Overland Park, Kan.-based HCA Midwest Health has named Miah Stutts as its new CFO.

Ms. Stutts, who has worked for the Nashville, Tenn.-based healthcare system for almost 15 years, replaces Clifton Mills, who is retiring, according to a Feb. 1 news release. Her previous HCA roles include CFO of the Central West Texas Division and as CFO in the HCA Virginia Health system.

"Miah's broad business acumen will be an invaluable asset as HCA Midwest Health continues to expand services and access points to meet the region's growing demands," HCA Midwest president, Keith Zimmerman, said in the release.

HCA Midwest Health consists of seven hospitals as well as several outpatient centers, clinics, physician practices and surgery centers. The system employs more than 10,000 people.
