Portsmouth (N.H.) Regional Hospital has named Michelle Ruru chief operating officer, effective Aug. 1.
Ms. Ruru has been with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare — Portsmouth Regional's parent organization — since the start of her career in 2008. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations for HCA's Ogden (Utah) Regional Medical Center, according to a news release shared with Becker's.
