HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital names new chief nursing officer

Adam Copher, DNP, MSN, has been named chief nursing officer of HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Fla.

In addition to leading the nursing department, he will manage clinical quality and patient safety, according to a Dec. 1 LinkedIn post announcing his appointment. 

Dr. Copher previously served as CNO at HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg. Under his leadership there, the hospital achieved two consecutive Leapfrog safety “A” grades.
