Robin Kobayashi has been appointed executive vice president and chief people strategy officer for Honolulu-based The Queen’s Health Systems.
Ms. Kobayashi brings decades of experience leading workforce transformation and people strategy in complex environments, according to a Feb. 3 LinkedIn post from the health system.
She most recently served as senior vice president of human resources at Honolulu-based Hawaiian Airlines, a role she held for six years, according to her LinkedIn profile.
In her new role, Ms. Kobayashi will guide an integrated human resources strategy to support high-performing teams while strengthening community partnerships, the system said.
The Queens Health Systems operates six hospitals.
