Harry Brockus. CEO of Carle Hoopeston (Ill.) Regional Health Center. Along with his role as CEO, Mr. Brockus serves as vice president of rural health for Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, a 24-bed critical access hospital in southern Illinois with four affiliated clinics. As CEO, he oversaw the hospital’s merger with The Carle Development Foundation in 2012, which created more operational efficiency and improved patient access to specialty care. Before joining Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center in 2008, Mr. Brockus spent two years in Allentown, Pa., helping develop the state’s first physician-owned full-service hospital. He is a strong supporter of community development programs and participates in many local organizations, including the Rotary Club of Hoopeston and the United Fund of Grant Township.
