Here are three things to know about Ms. Thomas.
1. She is an accomplished revenue cycle staffing and solutions professional with more than two decades of experience implementing, managing and developing client relationships as a top performer for Optum360, KForce and Comforce, according to a news release.
2. Ms. Thomas was recruited by a large hospital system to help the organization prepare for the conversion to ICD-10, the release states. In this effort, Harmony said, she helped develop a coding education and work transition program to address the health system’s staffing challenges.
3. In her new role at Harmony, she aims to mentor staff, share insights and develop lasting business relationships.
