2. He previously served as CFO at Cline Hose & Hydraulics, where he oversaw purchasing, accounting and finance as well as human resources and IT functions.
3. He succeeds Joyce Tamori, who is leaving to serve as CFO at Maui Memorial Medical Center in Wailuku, Hawaii.
