Good Samaritan Medical Center CEO Dave Hamm announces retirement: 3 takeaways

Lafayette, Colo.-based Good Samaritan Medical Center President and CEO Dave Hamm announced plans to retire at the end of March, according to a Daily Camera report.

Here are three takeaways:

1. Mr. Hamm has worked with Good Samaritan Medical Center's parent Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health for 39 years.

2. He played a key role in the planning, construction and opening of Good Samaritan Medical Center in December 2004.

3. Prior to that, he worked at SCL Health's Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
