Mr. Kiernan previously served as senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of FBR & Co., a capital markets firm headquartered in Arlington, Va. Prior to joining FBR, Mr. Kiernan was senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Arlington Asset Investment Corp.
