Ms. Bowcutt has served as vice president of patient care services at University Hospital since 1986. As the hospital’s chief nursing officer, she also led the hospital toward its designation as a Magnet Hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the highest professional honor for nurses, according to the report.
