Georgia system makes 3 leadership changes

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville has made several changes to its hospital and system leadership teams.

Three things to know:

1. NGHS welcomed Diane Poirot as chief human resources officer in August. 

2. John Kueven, RN, was named president of Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, NGHS’ flagship hospital.

3. NGHS’ chief strategy executive, Tracy Vardeman, is retiring, with her last day being Dec. 31. Melissa Tymchuk is succeeding Ms. Vardeman, in addition to her current position as chief of staff.
