Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger has named Matt Huff executive vice president and CFO.
Mr. Huff joins Geisinger from The Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pa., where he served as executive vice president and CFO since 2021, according to a March 2 news release from Hartz Search.
At Guthrie, Mr. Huff played a key role in several M&A opportunities and a complete revenue cycle modernization, according to the release.
Geisinger has 10 hospital campuses, a 550,000-member health plan, a research institute and the Geisinger School of Medicine, according to its website. Geisinger has nearly 24,000 employees and more than 1,700 employed physicians.
In April 2024, Geisinger became the first system acquired by Washington, D.C.-based Risant Health. Risant was created by Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente with the aim of expanding and accelerating the adoption of value-based care.
