Addison Montiel was named director of Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger’s venture capital arm, Geisinger Ventures.
Mr. Montiel announced the appointment in a June 8 LinkedIn post.
“Geisinger has been at the forefront of this transformation for decades, as an integrated payer and provider with deep community roots, longitudinal relationships with patients across generations, and now the anchor system for Washington, D.C.-based Risant Health,” he wrote.
Mr. Montiel is also co-founder of One Health Collective, a New York City-based cross-sector networking community and accelerator that brings together healthcare and life sciences professionals.
