Here are three things to know about Mr. Moffa.
1. Mr. Moffa previously served as senior vice president of administration and executive vice president of Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare, an affiliate of Geisinger.
2. During his 30-year tenure with AtlantiCare, Mr. Moffa was responsible for system level strategic growth and played an instrumental role in AtlantiCare earning the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2009.
3. Mr. Moffa is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and received a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University.
