Mr. Kimmel will oversee operations at Franciscan St. James Health-Chicago Heights and Franciscan St. James Health-Olympia Fields.
Previously, Mr. Kimmel served as CEO of MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, Ill. and as senior executive at both Oak Park (Ill.) Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago.
