1. As CEO, he will lead a 20-bed private suite facility with four state-of-the-art operating suites.

2. He has more than 17 years of experience in healthcare administration. Specifically, his expertise is in the following areas: nursing services, surgical services, cardiovascular services, laboratory services, imaging, clinic operations, support services, facilities management and human resources.

3. Mr. Hubbard also has been successful in multiple expansion projects.

4. He has an undergraduate degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
