Foundation HealthCare Announces New CFO, Hubert King

Oklahoma City-based Foundation HealthCare, a company that focuses on the development and management of surgical hospitals and related ancillary services, announced the appointment Hubert King as its new CFO.

Mr. King has previously served as vice president and CFO SoutheastHEALTH, a four-hospital system based in Girardeau, Mo.

“Hugh’s experience and proven leadership capabilities are a perfect fit for Foundation at this juncture in our company’s development. His extensive experience in our industry makes him a great fit for Foundation HealthCare,” said Foundation HealthCare CEO Stanton Nelson in a release.
