Statesville, N.C.-based Iredell Health System has named Vladimir Dubchak director of revenue cycle for Iredell Physician Network.
Mr. Dubchak has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, revenue cycle operations and health information technology, according to a June 25 Iredell news release.He previously served as senior principal revenue cycle executive at Oracle Health, where he advised health systems on strategy, implementation and performance improvement. He also helped implement the Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense systems.
He also previously served as a revenue cycle architect at Cerner, according to the release.
In his new role, Mr. Dubchak will oversee Iredell Physician Network’s revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and efficient management of claims and payments. He will also direct process improvements and support financial performance.
