Prior to his new role, Mr. Flakne was with UnitedHealth Group for 11 years. Most recently, he served as CFO for UnitedHealth’s Optum Health, according to an Aug. 8 news release.
During his time with Optum Health, Mr. Flakne grew its revenue from $21 billion to more than $70 billion, an annual growth rate of 28%.
