Floyd Memorial Hospital names Dr. Daniel Eichenberger interim CEO

New Albany, Ind.-based Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services has named Daniel J. Eichenberger, MD, interim CEO, according to the News and Tribune.

Dr. Eichenberger is a long-time primary care provider with Physician Associates of Floyd Knobs (Ind.). He replaces Dan Fairley, who had been serving as Floyd Memorial’s interim CEO since December 2014 following the resignation of previous CEO Mark Shugarman.
