Upper Valley Medical Center Promotes COO to CEO

Premier Health Partners has promoted Tom Parker to CEO of Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio, replacing former CEO Michael J. Maiberger, who will join Premier Health Partners Corporate Services, according to a Dayton Daily News report.

Mr. Maiberger will fill a newly created position, vice president of strategy and delivery system development. He has served as UVMC’s CEO since Jan. 2009 and has been with the hospital since 1992.

Mr. Parker has served as COO of UVMC for the past two years.
