Mr. Hawkins replaces Tim Menton, who resigned earlier this month.
Mr. Hawkins previously served as a senior vice president for Central Florida Health Alliance, which operates TVRH. Recently, Mr. Hawkins worked directly with TVRH to develop clinical programs.
