Florida Hospital Fish Memorial names CEO: 4 things to know

Robert Deininger has been named CEO of Orange City-based Florida Hospital Fish Memorial, effective Jan. 11.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Deininger.

1. He is currently vice president of operations for the 1,200-bed Florida Hospital Orlando, the largest hospital in Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System.

2. He has served at Florida Hospital since 2008 in various roles including vice president for research operations, administrative director of the Translational Research Institute and system project manager.

3. Prior to joining Florida Hospital, Mr. Deininger was a commercial airline pilot.

4. At Florida Hospital Fish Memorial, he will replace Ed Noseworthy, who was recently named CEO of Daytona Beach-based Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center.
