Fisher-Titus Health System taps Richard Roche as human resources chief

Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health System named Richard Roche chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 5, according to the Sandusky Register.

Mr. Roche has held senior HR leadership positions at several healthcare organizations in Florida, Georgia and Ohio. He has also served in the U.S. Navy.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Society for Human Resources Management. He earned a master’s degree in management from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass.
