Mr. Fowler most recently worked as an executive healthcare consultant. He also has experience as a chief compliance officer and director of finance and reimbursement.
Mr. Fowler is taking on the leadership role at Ferrell Hospital in the midst of its $34 million construction project and a recent Epic EHR system implementation.
