Eric Weaver. CEO and President of Integrated ACO (Austin, Texas). Before being named president and CEO for Integrated ACO in 2014, Mr. Weaver, 38, managed a portfolio of cardiology practices for Austin, Texas-based St. David’s Healthcare. During his tenure with St. David’s, he orchestrated a turnaround in patient satisfaction for one of his practices, taking it from worst to first of HCA’s more than 700 national physician practices in one year’s time. Mr. Weaver is the only person in the country to have fellow designations from the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group Management Association and the Health Information and Management Systems Society. He is currently enrolled at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and will finish his doctorate in healthcare administration in 2016. Mr. Weaver was the 2014 recipient of the HIMSS Foundation PhD Scholarship and serves on various nonprofit boards and is the current president-elect of the Texas MGMA.
