Mr. Andreano has more than 27 years of experience in healthcare law and replaces interim general counsel Jill Marcus, who will resume her role as chief compliance officer. Mr. Andreano was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary at Pediatrix, providing legal guidance on daily operations and strategy.
He also has experience with securities filings and board governance.
